Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf has added another major achievement to his career by reaching 300 wickets in T20 cricket during Lahore Qalandars’ ongoing match against Islamabad United in Lahore.
The Lahore Qalandars pacer took three wickets to reach the milestone during the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025, becoming one of the few bowlers in the world to do so.
Interestingly, his captain Shaheen Afridi had joined the exclusive club just moments before Rauf’s own entrance onto the elite list.
Haris Rauf made his T20 debut in 2018 and quickly gained attention with his raw pace and aggression. He rose to fame in the Big Bash League with the Melbourne Stars and later became a key part of Pakistan’s national T20 side. Known for his deadly yorkers and ability to bowl at over 145 kph, Rauf has played in leagues around the world, including the PSL, BBL, and various international tournaments.
His journey from a tennis-ball cricketer in Rawalpindi to one of the top T20 bowlers in the world is remarkable. In the PSL, he has been a match-winner for Lahore Qalandars and has consistently delivered in crunch moments.
With more T20 cricket ahead in 2025, including international matches and league appearances, Haris Rauf will now look to push towards even greater heights and add more wickets to his name.
