Here are the Safest Airlines in the World

AirlineRatings.com—a prominent website that evaluates airline safety and in-flight service—has released its list of the Top 25 Safest Full-Service Airlines and Top 25 Safest Low-Cost Airlines for the year 2025. The rankings were compiled after analyzing data from 385 airlines globally.

The evaluations consider various factors, including the age and size of an airline’s fleet, history of serious incidents and fatalities, adherence to IOSA (IATA Operational Safety Audit) and ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) standards, pilot training and performance, and financial stability.

Air travel remains central to global connectivity, with safety being the highest priority. The importance of stringent safety standards has been highlighted once again following a recent tragic crash involving Air India, which resulted in the deaths of 270 passengers.
