Karachi Temperatures Likely to Increase: PMD

A shift in weather patterns is expected to keep conditions dry across much of Sindh in the coming days, with temperatures likely to trend upward.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department said there is currently no rainfall forecast for Karachi and other parts of the province, as an incoming westerly system is projected to remain focused on the upper regions of the country.

As a result, weather conditions in Sindh are expected to remain stable but increasingly warm.

According to the PMD, temperatures in Karachi are likely to begin rising from April 10, with daytime highs expected to reach 34 degrees Celsius or higher.

The department also indicated that the upward trend in temperatures could intensify later in the month, raising the possibility of heatwave conditions toward the end of April.
