The Punjab government has announced 1,400 internship opportunities with Rescue 1122 under the Chief Minister Internship Program, offering young healthcare professionals practical training in emergency response and public safety services.
According to the advertisement, candidates with qualifications in Nursing, Paramedical Sciences or Allied Health Sciences can apply for the internship program. Applicants must hold a diploma or degree from a recognized board, council or university with at least a second division.
The program is open to Punjab domicile holders aged between 18 and 30 years.
Officials said the initiative aims to provide hands-on experience in emergency care and rescue operations while helping participants develop professional skills in a practical working environment. The advertisement states that outstanding interns may be selected to join Rescue 1122.
