As the wedding festivities for Junaid Safdar’s wedding kick-off, we see more artistic talent in the family. Previously at his nikkah ceremony in London Junaid Safdar blew us away with his melodic voice.
Now we know where those artistic genes come from. As the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) heir gets married in Lahore, the fam is going all out with the festivities.
Although previously at his nikkah with Ayesha Saif, both his parents couldn’t make it due to being stuck in Pakistan with their names on the exit control list (ECL), his wedding was a different story.
While his grandfather, PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif could not attend and still remains in London, the rest of the fam was having a ball. With even PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz crooning to old classics at her son’s wedding.
The melodic politician has quite a voice, as she belted out the lines to ‘Jab Koi Baat Bigar Jaye‘.
That’s not the only time Maryam Nawaz was singing her heart out at her son’s wedding. It took a gentle push from one of the performers and everyone got to enjoy her sing ‘Chura Liya Hai Tumne Jo Dil Ko‘.
Looks like a knack for singing runs in the family as even Hamza Shahbaz sang a melodramatic song ‘Humme Tumse Pyar Itna‘.
That’s not all he sang at nephew Junaid Safdar’s wedding. He also sang a beloved classic ‘Chandni Raatein‘.
