The HTC Windows Phone 8S is another low-end smartphone back from 2012, but this one, as the name suggests, comes with Windows as its main OS. Windows, unlike Android, is able to deliver a completely lag-less and smooth phone using experience throughout the entire time period of your phone usage, so thats definitely a plus about this device.
