Infinix Smart 4 price in Pakistan & specs:
Infinix Smart 4 price in Pakistan is PKR 15,500. The price in terms of Dollars can be as low as just USD 100. It is a successor to the smart three that was released some months ago. As a tradition with the brand, Infinix has a culture of releasing two devices in each segment every year. Probably it helps the company stays afloat and keep up with the competition. It’s a low-end budget smartphone with less impressive numbers on paper and possibly nothing too attractive or striking about it.
This smartphone is designed for those on a very tight budget or let’s say you want a smartphone that can make phone calls, something that can help you have access to social media occasionally or as a backup smartphone. Infinix Smart 4 is decent when it comes to design and build quality. This device looks beautiful, it feels well-made and we can’t seem to complain so much about the build design.
The device comes with a USB cable, a 5V charger, metallic earbuds, X Club leaflet, Google assistant leaflets, and a beautifully designed transparent phone case. The phone cover is printed with very cute emojis and drawings that will instantly grab your attention. Let’s take a look at detailed features and help you make your phone buying decision easier.
Display and Design:
Infinix SMART 4 struck the mobile markets with 6.6″ Waterdrop display. The beautiful, vibrant screen gives you a cinema-quality experience in a slender frame that fits snugly in your grip.
On the right side of the device, you will observe a power button, a Google Assistant button, and the volume rocker keys. At the bottom, we’ve got a micro USB charging port, a headphone jack, and a microphone. At the back, we’ve got a single camera set up with the flashlight, a fingerprint scanner, and a speaker grill. Well, at this price point, it is incredible to have a fingerprint scanner. We usually observe the smartphones above 25k having this feature.
The smartphone houses a 6.6 inch HD Plus display screen with a resolution of 720 x 1600. It has an actual aspect ratio of 20:9 with the 266 pixels per inch density. The 83.9% screen to body ratio tells you that it has a much noticeable chin on top and bottom. The display is okay for watching YouTube videos and consuming media content. It is not as bright as other Infinix phones.
The Infinix Smart 4 comes with Helio A22 quad-core processor, which is quite good for a low budget phone. To make it show its full potential, it requires plenty of RAM, and this is where this smartphone has a disadvantage. The Smart 4 comes with only 1GB of RAM, which is way too small for any Android phone in 2019. It comes up with 16GB of storage, which gets occupied by already installed apps and updates. So for this phone to function, an SD Card support correctly is crucial.
The smart four comes pre-installed with the X OS color scheme on top of the Android 9 Go edition. The phone will function more smoothly if you use Android Go apps rather than regular apps.
With the specs mentioned above, performance is questionable. Even light game struggle a bit when you have up to 4 or 5 background apps running. The fingerprint scanner and face unlock work surprisingly well. This device is not a powerhouse; you will experience a lot of sluggishness. We would say don’t buy it if you intend to play games on it.
The Infinix Smart4 is an excellent choice for people who use their phones for calls or just for backup.
The Infinix SMART 4 has an in-built Google Assistant that is always ready for help. With just pressing a button, you will have Googe assistant support immediately. It supports LTE networks with a strong signal reception that supports both voice-over-internet calls as well as direct line calls in most places with a 4G network.
The Infinix Smart 4 has 4000 mAh battery power that lasts for one day. However, it took us nearly three hours to charge from zero to hundred percent. With the big battery and intelligent power management, you can enjoy your entertainment all day long without power worries.
The smart four comes with a single camera at the back and the front. The rear camera is only 8MP, while the front is a 5-megapixel selfie shooter. The AI-powered dual camera lenses will capture better moments with more clarity, and you’ll see sharper details in all your photos.
There’s nothing too fancy here; we will say if your main aim of purchasing this device is the camera, then you have to look as well. Of course, you wouldn’t want to buy this type of equipment if the camera is your primary concern. The images are okay if taken in bright sunlight.
Let us know what do you think about this Infinix Smart 4. This handset is a difficult one to recommend, and we only recommend you buy it if you’re on a very tight budget or want a smartphone for typical day to day tasks. 1GB RAM is highly impractical for 2020. Apps are getting more productive and more significant in download size, and they are becoming more RAM demanding than it used to be. Please share your thoughts with us. You might help someone make a conscious decision.
