Video Reviews Of Nokia 6

Our Opinion

Nokia 6 Review

The Nokia 6 is another midrange phone in the Nokia series and comes with much lower specifications than today’s midrangers such as the Huawei Mate 10 lite or the Oppo F5. The price in Pakistan is relatively higher as well. The 6000 series aluminum build feels sturdy and light in the hands while adding to the phone’s premium feel. The rear-panel is metallic which does stay fingerprint-free but is quite slippery so getting a case is recommended. The phone isn’t as compact and sleek as expected but works fine with one-hand due to its comfortable size. The camera frame is slightly bulging which does cause the phone to wobble when placed on a flat surface, not a problem though you can get it fixed by getting a good phone cover.

Display

The display is mediocre but has nice vibrant colors. Viewing angles are reasonably good and the decent brightness levels help sunlight legibility effectively.

Built

The Nokia 6 comes with Nokia’s version of Android which is pretty much the same as stock Android excluding a few proprietary functions. It comes prebaked with Android 7.1.1 Nougat and just like most stock Android phones, the Nokia 6 will get fast updates including an Oreo update. The chipset is a midranger and is able to handle basic processes effectively without straining the device but that’s due to the efficient and clean stock OS with no useless utilities cramping up the system. Sluggishness is noticeable when using resource-hungry applications such as games.

Camera

The camera, for a midranger, does have a good nippy autofocus which can be locked manually as well. The problem is that the camera demands good light and will definitely result in noisy and blurry pictures without adequate lighting. Details are somewhat acceptable but again, better shooters are available for the same price.

While price in Pakistan may vary, rest assured that you will always get the latest mobile prices on ProPakistani Price Portal.
