The Redmi 1S is now a rather older phone. It was launched 3 years ago back in 2014 and specifications wise it would fall in between the mid-ranger and low-end category. It has a 4.7 inch 720p screen which is protected by the Asahi Dragontail Glass.
The internal features of the device include a Quad-core 1.6GHz Snapdragon 400 processor. Backing the processor is the RAM which is 1GB in memory. The storage on this device is only 8GB but more can be added to it with a microSD card. For gaming purposes, the GPU which was added to this device was the Adreno 305.
The camera on this device is only a 8mp shooter but it can still record videos at remarkable quality in 1080p. The front facing camera for selfies on this device is a 1.6mp one. The battery capacity stands at 2000mAh on the Redmi 1S.
