The Redmi 2 Prime features a 4.7 inch HD screen with a pixel density of 312 ppi. It is supported by Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) OS which is of course themed by Xiaomi’s MiUI.
Under the hood, the phone flaunts the a Quad-core 1.2GHz processor which is based on the Snapdragon 410 chipset. The internal storage on this device is 16GB which can be further expanded by adding a microSD card. The RAM backing the processor is 2GB which makes sure that you experience a lag-less and smooth use.
The Redmi 2 Prime comes with a 8mp primary camera on the back which can record videos in 1080p. The front camera on this smartphone is only 2mp but can still record beatiful videos in HD quality.
