Starting with the screen, the Redmi Note 2 has a 5.5 inch 1080 screen with a pixel density of 403 ppi, which is pretty impressive for a mid-ranger phone like this one. The Android 5.0 (Lollipop) is what runs the show on this phone.
What makes this phone different than the rest is that it has two different variants which feature two different processors. The standard variant has a 2.0GHz processor while the prime variant has a 2.2GHz processor. Both are based on the Mediatek MT6795 Helio X10 chipset. These two variants also bring two different storage capacity options. The standard and prime version both have 16GB and 32GB of ROM respectively. The RAM power stands at 2GB in both the variants.
The camera is the same as a lot of other mid-ranger Xiaomi phones when talking about quality. The primary camera is a 13mp shooter while the front camera is a 5mp one. The battery on this device has a capacity of 3060 mAh.
