More About ZTE Axon 10s Pro 5G

ZTE Axon 10s Pro 5G price in Pakistan & specs:

ZTE Axon 10s pro 5G price in Pakistan is Rs 105,000, and the phone was released in Feb 2019. There are a few things, that should be in your knowledge about this phone before we dive into it. There are two variants of the ZTE Axon 10s Pro, the 4G version and then there’s also the ZTE axon 10 Pro 5g version. They’re both almost the same, and the only difference is the 5G one has a 5G capable modem which means you’ll be able to connect to 5G networks.

It also has a liquid cooling so that it helps keep the phone fresh when it’s doing a lot of switching and finding systems which are very important for the 5G phone. This cooling feature is not available on the 4G phone. The first two things that pop out when you’ll look at this phone is the rear design and the front display. The back design is one of ZTE Axon best-looking phones to date.

They have an elegant little screen that’s kind of minimal and has a beautiful blue sheen to it. Its glass, so it does pick up a lot of fingerprints and dust like all other phones these days.

Design and Display:

The ZTE Axon 10s Pro 5G has got a 6.4 inches full HD resolutions 2340 x 1080 pixels, and it is an AMOLED screen, so you’re getting more vibrant colours and deeper blacks. There’re only two buttons on the phone, the volume rocker around the right edge and the power button right below it. The power button has a list little red dot sort of indicator as a sign of power button which looks very neat.

At the bottom is the USB type-c charging ports and you’ll find a firing speaker that is also a stereo speaker. So you’re getting the benefit of the top speaker as well for some authentic surround sound, and that’s pretty good because that’s something that the axon brand has been known for always trying to deliver a good sound experience and we’re sure this will hold up as well.

The ZTE Axon 10s Pro has a dual-camera setup set in a separate module, and the third camera is just sitting just outside it along with the little camera details and the ZTE logo. The phone has got a tapered edge, so it’s curved inwards, so the sides feel a little thin, but we still think it feels very comfortable and pretty easy to hold.
Now speaking of the screen,

the phone has a pretty edge to edge experience, the bezels have been shaped down quite a bit, and you’ll also get a notch at the top but well a lot of phones have that these days unless it’s a hole-punch camera alike on the Samsung Flagships. Nevertheless, we think the screen looks good and produces sharp colours with good contrasts.

Camera:

You’ll be getting a 48-megapixel sensor in the middle along with an 8-megapixel telephoto lens over the top and outside of the module is a 20-megapixel wide-angle lens. The 48-megapixel sensor isn’t giving you super high-resolution photos in the default mode. However, when you take a picture, you have to dive into the settings and choose the 48-megapixel option, and then you can get these super high-res images.

The image quality kind of looks beautiful but the 48 megapixels shot is probably more ideal to use when you have well-lit conditions, and that seems to be the case with any phone that uses a 48-megapixel sensor. By default, you’re going to get 12-megapixel output so necessarily what it’s doing is called pixel binning where it’s combining four pixels to get more light and by getting in more light, you’re getting better low-light shots.

The 8-megapixel telephoto lens produces standard 3x optical zoom, so that’s pretty nice because typically most phones only have a 2x optical zoom. It can also do a 5x hybrid zoom where it sort of combines all those data to get you an even better than digital 5x zoom.

ZTE has also made the camera a little smarter, there’s some AI tweaking to recognize some scenes like a lot of other phones can and it’ll then enhance the photo to make that scene look a little better. During low light, it’ll automatically switch to the low light mode in the phone to combine those images and get you a night shot that’ll have better lighting. It also detects that maybe a photo might be better looking, if you swap to the wide-angle camera it’ll automatically do that for you.

Performance:

In terms of the software, it’s not an Android one phone, but ZTE is using stock Android, so you’re getting something very similar to Android one, it’s just a very clean Android UI. ZTE has got rid of a lot of its old flourishes, so you’re not bogged down with lots of bloatware or anything like that and it just overall feels very smooth and fast.

And that’s likely because this is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor which is the flagship processor of choice for Android phones this year. So it’s a powerful phone, and on top of that, you’re also getting 8 GB of RAM along with 256 GB onboard storage.

The software is pretty clean, and the company announced that they made even further enhancements to take it even further, in terms of providing a very clean and stock UI. Google photos are now the default gallery app there’s no ZTE Gallery app, so that’s an excellent little way to simplify that OS was a little more and get rid of unnecessary apps when they aren’t necessary.

ZTE is using machine learning algorithms to figure out what apps people are using the most, preload them, and that should theoretically drop app launch times by up to 30%.

You can do so many things, in terms of customizing the experience, such as doing something like a game booster to make sure the CPU is giving it all. We are shocked how they managed to squeeze a 4000 milliamp-hour battery in here. There is also a fast-charging through the USB C-port and wireless charging as well.
