We have received complaints about Mobilink’s network outage in Karachi. When contacted, Mobilink didn’t return any comment over the issue, however, our source at Mobilink confirmed that customers are facing network related problems throughout the city.
Source further informed that engineers are working on the issue.

Update: Mobilink’s spokesperson has responded that there is no connectivity issue being faced at the moment. Some of Mobilink’s prepaid customers temporarily experianced problems in making off-net calls, which was quickly resolved with the help of efficent and dedicated staff.

I don’t think the issue is just restricted to prepaid customers. I have been trying to contact people on Mobilink Indigo connections and have not been able to get through. I’m not sure if they can make outgoing calls but they are definitely not receiving calls from off-net providers.
Does anyone have any idea about Mobilink’s GPRS outage in Karachi.
