Mobilinkers to Get Bonuses Today

As we know that Mobilink employees have gone through tough and uncertain phases in past 2 years or so due to cut-throat competition in telecom GSM service providers.

But here is some good news for Mobilinkers, who are receiving Bonus for Year 2009, most probably anytime today. Every employee is excited and interested to have an email about the monetary figure of individual bonus from HR Department.

In the last two years Mobilink havent paid Bonus to their employees due to untold reasons. Mobilink has also fired many employees in the name of low-performance and attitudes. Left overs are believed to be good-performers and having good attitudes towards meeting company goals and individual objectives.

    A source in Mobilink told me the bonuses would be 3.8x salaries.

    One thing I don’t understand is that higher management never suffer from such things and they always get all the benefits regardless of the company condition. It’s just that they have problem giving incentives and bonuses on time to other employees taking such stands!

    Well the news is not entirly correct. Yes the mobilinkers will be getting a bonus IA but we didnt get it on 16th. It’ll be in this week. Secondly, you mentioned that mobilink didnt give bonus in the last 2 years which is also incorrect. Bonus was not given in year 209 only as the company didnt meet the targets for year 2008. Start getting your news correct ProPakistani :)

    Totally agree with Ali amjad…Mobilink did not pay the bonus in 2009 for the fiscal year 2008.Secondly there was no untold reasons for not paying it. Mobilink did not achieve its targets in 2008 so that’s simple.

    They should get at least 10 months bonus if wateen can give 6. Mobilink people are the cream of the crop in the telecommunications industry. You want the best pay them more.

    I won’t agree that Mobilink people are the cream of the crop in telecom. I think the best team is right now with TELENOR. I am saying this based on facts and figures. Telenor is having small team as compared to all other competitors, they are paying good to employees and running business also successfully.

    Who are working mostly in Telenor…? Employees, who were back bone of Mobilink. Mobilink started giving preference to PAKTEL failed management so they switched from Mobilink to Telenor respectfully. Mobilink lost its Corporate identity under umbrella of PAKTEL management. Right now most of V.Ps are from same group. Is it not a shame for company that Mobilink closed more than 1 million fake active numbers after pressure from PTA.

    Want to see real corporate culture in Pakistan… Join Uni-Lever, Nestle, Shell, Packages, Telenor, etc etc.

    Mobilink has lead this industry from the begining, they made mobile communications accessible to more people. It has always been the people at their desk in moblink that have made it the great company it is today. And I have worked for Telenor Pakistan and I know mobilinks culture is stronger.

    they are not working with mobilink I think they work hard to contribute in sucess of company………….

I have to ask that is Contractual Employe have on contribution in Company’s Success that they not include in the list of Bonus……….. but Y?? is they are not working well as I know Contractual Employs are also work hard to contribute in success of Company.
