Zong made Rs. 5 billion in just 31 days of October, marking the highest ever revenue for the company in just one month, said a statement issued by the company just moments ago.
Zong said that it registered a 23.2% (MoM) increase in revenues for the month of October 2016, a 26.5% increase in recharge as compared to October 2015.
These results are fueled by major growth in mobile data that has registered a phenomenal growth of 200% MoM against October last year.
Not to be mentioned, Zong 4G uptake doubled in the month of September 2016, reaching 1.71 Million subscribers from 0.9 Million in August.
It is expected that Zong will soon reach 2 Million 4G subscribers to achieve another milestone in the history of Pakistan’s Telecom market.
Zong (CMPak) claims to be the fastest growing data network of Pakistan in terms of subscribers, revenue and network rollout and has been termed by PTA as the best network in voice and data services.
The company recently announced plans of investing in an additional 1,000 4G sites across Pakistan after the company achieved its 2016 4G rollout plan, three months ahead of schedule. The addition of 1000 4G sites, will take the overall tally of Zong’s 4G sites to around 6,000 by the end of this year, making it the largest, widest and fastest in terms of 4G coverage.
To facilitate the company’s ambitious expansion plans, Zong’s parent company, China Mobile Communication Corporation, gave a go ahead for additional investment that will take Zong’s total investment in 4G to over 300 Million USD.

Warid is only giving edge zong has the advantage of having 3g if i move to first floor. And strong coverage of 3g if i room around karachi and office.
Is there any device which can boost up the network signals indoor ?
If you are using MiFi or Wingle device you can attach antenna with them for full 3G/4G coverage.
And soon Mobilink 3G will be available on Warid with LTE as well.
How much antenna will cost ?
Waiting for that happened, it will ge great if they update all exciting 4g warid sites to 3g not just switch to mobilink tower for 3g connection.
I don’t know exactly. PTCL evo antenna’s also work with Zong MBB devices which are available in 1500 Rs. from their shops I suppose. In open markete it might cost less. But I think Zong MBB devices have two ports for two antenna’s at a time for better results. You can show your device to computer accessory shop keeper to get suitable antennas according to specification.

Zong is trying hard to get maximum first 4G operator benefit as it can. And Mobilink and Telenor are helping it with their taking years to complete merger and 4G expansion strategy. And Future telecom market highly depends on data revenue, and Zong’s is highest among all.
and at the time of auction every operator underestimated the demand for 4g except zong. and look where Zong is Standing now, already taken the lead. Telenor walo “Horr Chuppo”. I bet that even after upgrading to 4g other operators will never match the rates of Zong 4g.
It’s Internet is really good but I am having distortions in voice calling over zong 3G…… So zong still lacks quality in voice calling though it works on 2G

Absolutely fine here in Fsd. But Telenor voice quality is shittt here.
That’s why I use warid as my primary connection…. Smooth everywhere…… The only shortfall is data

Zong is good in Fsd. Try yo get their weekly 2GB package in Rs. 100. You can resubscribe if data volume finish early.
Zong has redefined data quality in Pakistan… Really a happy move from ptcl wingle to Zong MBB …and 3g is set to save data coz 4G can burn the plan…lol
