Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has launched the e-transfer policy and application for merit-based and easy transfers of teachers.
The e-transfer policy will ensure merit-based, transparent, and apolitical transfers of government school teachers. The app will facilitate the teachers in fulfilling the transfer requisites, for which they had to go from office to office earlier.
E-transfer will also enable an expeditious process for the transfer of school teachers. The minimum tenure requirement under the new policy is three years at a school in plain area and 1.5 years at a school in a harsh area.
A few months ago, Chief Minister KP, Mehmood Khan had given a go-ahead on the e-transfer policy for the education department. According to Adviser to CM for Education, Ziaullah Bangash, the department will invite applications for transfers once a year.
All the applications will be submitted online or through the app. After obtaining signatures of the Reporting Office, the app will submit the applications to the department.
Moreover, teachers will be able to check their eligibility for the transfer through the application. Transfers under the e-policy will be carried out once at the start of the educational year and on there is a vacant post.

i a m serving as senior pst in Gps asim abad toru maira, which is at a distance of 18 kilometer from my residence. in our village Gps Bhatay koroona Head teacher has given application for pension. kindly i may be transfer to the above school. i shall be obiged.
