Pakistan’s all-format captain, Babar Azam, fulfilled the dream of a special young fan as he talked to him on a video chat. The young fan, Mohammad Aqeel, recently uploaded a video online where he welcomed the Pakistan national team to England and wished his favorite batsman the best of luck.
“My name is Mohammad Aqeel. Babar Azam, welcome to England. I always support you, and I am a big supporter of Karachi Kings. May Allah give you lots of success,” Aqeel said in the video.

The video caught the attention of Babar Azam and Pakistan’s team manager, Mansoor Rana, and they decided to hold a virtual meetup with the young fan.
“I saw your video and I really liked it. Thank you for supporting us and your support makes us strong every time. I wish you the best of luck,” Babar said to the fan.
Babar also asked Aqeel about his favorite team, to which he replied, ‘Karachi Kings.’ Aqeel said that his favorite player in the world is Babar Azam, and he was a fan of Babar Azam’s cover drive.
On the other hand, Mansoor Rana promised to provide the young kid with tickets to the second T20I international between Pakistan and England set to be played on 18 July at Headingley, Leeds.
Pakistan Cricket Board’s official channel uploaded the video of the heartfelt interaction on various social media platforms:
