The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced plans to accelerate the development of eight residential sectors in Islamabad, ensuring timely delivery of developed plots to allottees.
Sector C-14 is a key focus, with over 200 one-kanal plots generating more than Rs12 billion through auctions. Plots will be handed over to owners after the final installment is paid. Currently, 85% of road infrastructure and 35% of drainage and sewerage systems in the sector are complete.
In a meeting chaired by CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa, officials reviewed progress across various sectors, including C-14, I-12, and E-12. Sector I-12 is nearing completion, with 78% of work finished. Sectors E-12/2 and E-12/1 have also seen significant development progress, though challenges related to Built-Up Property (BUP) remain under discussion.
The Chairman urged the CDA’s Engineering and State Wings to remove development hurdles in Sectors C-15, C-16, C-13, D-13, E-13, and F-13. He also pledged to personally visit the sites to address any issues.
Priced at Rs60 million each, C-14’s one-kanal plots can be paid for in nine-month installments, offering a significant boost to CDA’s revenue and meeting Islamabad’s growing housing needs.

Continue to pamper the rich, ignoring the needs of the common man.
CDA is full of corruption. That’s why many people who purchased plots in a Sector launched few years back have disposed them off.
I have purchased 2 plots in kuri village 2 yrs back,, but the bargainer and concerns official not give me any updates or response to locate me my area,,,kindly guide me
Why start new sectors. First finish the old 37 year E 12 sector.
