Police in Lahore have arrested a massage therapist accused of robbing a citizen by mixing an intoxicant into a soft drink.
The incident took place in the Hanjarwal area, where the suspect, Zeeshan, allegedly offered massage services and used a drug-laced Coke bottle to incapacitate his victim before stealing valuables.
According to SP Iqbal Town Dr. Muhammad Umar, police traced and apprehended Zeeshan using modern technology. The suspect would target unsuspecting citizens, rendering them unconscious with a drugged drink and then committing theft.
Police recovered valuable items from Zeeshan, including a laptop, watches, and mobile phones. A case has been registered against him, and the investigation has been handed over to the relevant authorities for further action.
