Salman Khan is no longer the most earning actor in Bollywood. Bollywood’s Tiger has been dethroned by Ranveer Singh.
While Salman set a record by earning the most any Bollywood star has in a year with a takeaway of 530.50 crore rupees. Back in 2015 Bajrangi Bhaijaan earned 320.34 crore and Prem Ratan Dhan Payo 210.16 crore.

New calculations prove that Ranveer Singh’s Padmaavat and Simmba, knocked that ball out of the court. Padmavaat was Ranveer’s first film to cross the three crore mark by earning 302.15 crore. And Simmba has earned a whooping 230 crore so far.
Highest Earner in Bollywood
Ranveer’s collective 532.15 crore rupees is a new record. Salman Khan and Ranveer Singh are the only two Bollywood actors to have crossed Rs 500 crore mark annually.
While both Salman and Ranveer made it to the 500 crore club with two movies, Akshay Kumar might make it too with four movies.
The actor has four movies lined up this year Kesari, Good News, Mission Mangal and Housefull 4.
His collaboration with Rohit Shetty, Sooryavanshi might also hit theaters this year.
