Terms & Conditions

  • Additional 5 GHz Access Point is recommended to avail full speed on 50 Mbps and above packages via Wi-Fi.
  • Carry forward volume of existing customers becomes obsolete once upgraded to Unlimited Packages. Customers will not be able to transfer/receive volume irrespective of volume usage.
  • Unlimited Bundles cannot be subscribed on Unlimited packages above 20 Mbps.
  • Customers have to send an email at [email protected] in case of more than 1 connection required on a single ONT
  • Limit Lock is not applicable on unlimited packages.
  • Nayatel holds the right to terminate services without prior notice in case of any misuse of Nayatel Connection.
