Peshawar Zalmi has once again signed a contract with Haier Pakistan as their main title sponsor for the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2019.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will be signed between the two during a ceremony at Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore at 3:30 pm later today.
Peshawar Zalmi Chairman, Javed Afridi, and franchise players including Kamran Akmal, Umar Amin and Umaid Asif will be present at the signing ceremony.
Haier has been the title sponsor for the most valuable PSL franchise since the inaugural edition of the league. Peshawar Zalmi won PSL 2 with Haier as the main title sponsor, while the franchise lost to Islamabad United in the PSL 3 final in 2018.
Peshawar Zalmi’s Chairman, Javed Afridi, is also the Managing Director of Haier Pakistan which is one of the main reasons why the two entities have been together since the start of the league.
