The management of Twitter has suspended the official accounts of the Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) for unknown reasons.
As per reports, at least three official TLP accounts with the handles ‘@PresidentTLP’, ‘@PresidentTLPEng’, and ‘@MarkazTLP’ were suspended early on Thursday morning without the issuance of either a warning or a clarification.

These accounts had represented the late TLP chief, Khadim Hussain Rizvi, and had been created two years ago when Twitter had suspended his official account ‘@KhadimRizviReal’ at the request of the federal government in November 2018.
There has been no word so far on the development from the TLP leadership, It is also unclear whether the federal government is behind the matter.

Instead of lodging a complaint with the management, the TLP leadership has replaced the suspended Twitter handles with two new ones – @TLPPremier and @TLPPremierEng.
However, the Twitter account of Hafiz Muhammad Saad Hussain Rizvi, the son of Khadim Rizvi who is the new Ameer of the TLP, is unaffected.
You shouldn’t be promoting their new accounts. Our Public has been radicalized enough already. Their online presence should remain obscure
