Pakistan Beats India in World Happiness Report 2021

Pakistan has been ranked at 105^th place out of 149 countries on the World Happiness Index 2021.

According to the World Happiness Report 2021 compiled by the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, Pakistan fares better than its neighbor India which has been placed in 139^th position.

For the fourth consecutive year, Finland has come out as the top-ranked country on the World Happiness Index. Finland is followed by Iceland, Denmark, Switzerland, and the Netherlands in second, third, fourth, and fifth positions respectively.

Meanwhile, Israel has been ranked 11^th, Australia at 12^th, the US at 14^th, Canada at 15^th, the UK at 18^th, and France at 20^th on the World Happiness Index 2021.

Saudi Arabia has been placed in 21^st position, the UAE at 27^th, Kyrgyzstan at 33^th, Bahrain at 35^th, Kazakhstan at 36^th, and Japan at 40^th on the 2021 World Happiness Index.
