“We are going to announce a new visa policy which will make Pakistan an ‘open-for-business-and-travel country,’” the minister said, adding that this will turn a new leaf in the country’s economy.
“Such a massive change in the country’s visa regime has never taken place in the past,” he further added.
Fawad hoped that the step would help increase foreign investment and improve ties with other countries. “We are going to open Pakistan to foreign journalists, businessmen, tourists, and investors,” he added.
