When it comes to joking, it depends upon the appreach of the person. For example, if you’re the supporter of PMLN and I joke against the party you will never laugh but IK supporters will do. Similarly, if you are the supporter of the bill, you will never like such jokes. Also if you’re depressed, you will never laugh. I know that jokes are not outstanding, but are fine, but this one is hilarious. :D
