You can order PTCL new connection by calling 1218 or by visiting PTCL website. Customer ordering a new connection will first pay the installation charges and installation process will start after payment is verified.

PTCL currently operates in more than 2000 cities in Pakistan that include Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and Sheikhupura

The installation charges of new internet connection over an existing Landline (phone cable already connected) are Rs.2499 (inclusive of taxes) and installation of internet connecting over a new landline connection (no phone cable present) will be Rs.5000 (inclusive of taxes). Connections that include ADSL, VDSL or GPON connection will have upfront instanllation charges of Rs.15000

Installation of triple play (Landline + internet + Smart TV) will be Rs.5000(inclusive of taxes). Connections that include ADSL, VDSL or GPON connection will have upfront instanllation charges of Rs.15000

    PTCL 1 Mbps Student Package which charges of per/month is Rs.1299 including all taxes and actually i have not connected phone connection but i have my own phone cable so what will the charges for apply a new first time internet connection thanks?
