Damn, I have just terminated the service after 4 month usage. Any how PTCL’s DumbTV is a big time failure due to corrupt exchange staff. In the past 4 months i was barely able to watch DumbTV for 35-40 days, as most of time I only get distorted images, or Authentication problems etc, not to mention the ONU battery problems.
aLSO they are replacing your DSL modem with Wifi modem :)

I would request PTCL higher management that please stop spending money on advertising and marketing. First resolve complaints of land line subscribers ASAP otherwise one by one they will cancel their subscription.
