LG are aiming to make a strong start to the 2017 year by introducing four new mass-tier K-series smartphones.
The new mid-ranged series include K3, K4, K8 and K10. Not only that, LG also plan to unveil Stylus 3 as well. The K-series is expected to be showcased at CES 2017 show in Las Vegas.
To welcome the new series, LG wrote:
“LG’s updated K Series carries over the original philosophy that all customers do not want the same things in a smartphone. Rather than offering one main smartphone model and expecting customers to adapt, the K Series was designed with the diverse needs of consumers in mind.”
LG K3
The K3 is an entry-level smartphones sporting a Snapdragon 210 chipset, 1GB of RAM and 8GB storage configuration. The K3 has a 4.5-inch and offers a disappointing FWVGA display resolution. It also offers a 5MP primary camera and a 2MP front. In the battery department, K3 is equipped with a 2,100mAh battery.

The final handset in the range is the K10 which features a Mediatek’s MT6750 SoC, a 5.3-inch HD display 2GB of RAM and internal memory of 32GB. This one also packs a 13MP rear unit and a 5MP front shooter. A 2,800mAh battery, Android 7.0 Nougat and a fingerprint sensor round up the device.

Speaking of the LG Stylus 3, which is also being introduced in 2017, it is powered by Mediatek’s MT6750 SoC octa-core CPU, a 5.7-inch HD display, 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Other features include 13MP and 8MP camera combo, Android 7.0, a 3,200mAh battery, a built-in stylus pen and a fingerprint scanner.

In smartphone world where Chinese companies flood the market with cheap, most specs and featured mobile and now reliability is also a big point why LG offers with lower range batteries with these new sets.
For example Xiaomi, Huawei, Meizu, ZUK, ZTE and OPPO etc already launch bigger battries like 4000 mAH or higher and 2 GB+ rams for economical users price range. LG like Samsung and apple lose consumer market share gradually against Chinese brand worldwide.
